4. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (except user-submitted materials) including the design, logo, and smart contracts is owned by Royal Protocol or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the site without prior written consent.

Uploaded coats of arms and historical documents remain your intellectual property. By uploading them, you grant Royal Protocol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and anchor such content on-chain.

5. Blockchain Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

• NFTs and lineage records are stored permanently and publicly on decentralized blockchains.

• Once submitted, such data cannot be altered or removed.

• You are solely responsible for managing your wallet and private keys.

• Royal Protocol is not responsible for any loss of NFTs, access credentials, or third-party misuse.

6. No Guarantee of Nobility Status

Royal Protocol does not issue or verify titles of nobility under any legal jurisdiction. The platform serves as a digital archival tool, and any uploaded lineage is self-claimed unless independently verified.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain features (e.g., issuance of NFTs, verification requests) may require fees. These are clearly stated before any transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:

• You submit fraudulent or harmful content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
